South Slavic liqueur was used as a medicinal practice for cold and insomnia ailments. As with all bioculinary recipes, organic materials, especially those grown by your own hand, are preferred.
The peels of 24 oranges
2 pounds cubed sugar
1 Quart Slivovica (Serbian Plum Brandy)
All the ingredients are placed into a covered gallon jar. Shake thoroughly every morning for anywhere from thirty days to forty days. Using a cheesecloth, strain and pour into glass bottles.
